First off I've flashed a number of drives (all working great) except for my own(BenQ). I have 1.5fw and having issues re-flashing to 1.6fw. Currently I am using Jungle flasher 1.64beta , and when I put my drive into Vendor Mode then try to either click BenQ unlock or Read , I get the message Invalid Status 0xF3. I have my original firmware from when I used iPrep. and I autoload the 1.6 with JF. It's becoming frustrating because I see all these happy campers enjoying their modded boxes thanks to me and I can't enjoy my very own..Maybe I'm not doing something rite idk.I'm thinking of just buying a new drive and starting from scratch at this point. Any tips or help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED Thanks in advance

What type of SATA chipset are you using? If you are using the VIA SATA card you will need to remove the driver.

1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.
