My backup of Ninja Blade keeps freezing. What could be the cause of this?

-I flashed my samsung with ixtreme 1.6
-Im using verbatims (made in singapore) burned at 2.4x (4x wont work it just goes to 2.5x)

doubt it, based on your other posts i would say it is pretty safe to say your xbox 360 dvd drive needs replaced, or at the very least a POT Calibration.
