USB Loader GX

My boyfriend and I are having problems with the USB loader GX. In fact we had just downloaded a new game and it loaded the first time we opened the loader and my boyfriend played it for a while. So I tried to play the other game that I downloaded and the usb loader opened then I clicked on the game to play it and it froze. Now everytime we start the usb loader it goes black for a few seconds then it acts like its going to open and just stays white and it still plays the background music, any help would be appreciated!

Here are a few things to try.

Make sure the Wii is off (RED LED NOT YELLOW LED). Keep it off for a few minutes. Then turn on the Wii and see if GX will now boot.

If that doesn't work then connect the SD Card to your PC and go to the root of the SD Card. Delete the folder named config. After that place the SD Card back into the Wii and run GX to see if it will boot.

Thanks for that, I had the wii off and tried your first suggestion, im going to wait until my boyfriend gets home from school so he can do the other. He said he thinks it might be the game that I downloaded? The two games I downloaded were Boom blox bash party (size: 1.13GB) and Animal crossing (.33 GB) he said that animal crossing shouldn't be that small. :(

I honestly don't know. I just found it odd that boom blox worked and he played it for a while, then i went to play animal crossing and the game never loaded, so i unplugged the wii and went into USB loader and it just went black then white and acted like it was going to load and still played the background music.

Animal Crossing should be .33 GB so that is not the issue.

As I said you will probably have to delete the config folder. Sometimes the config file can become corrupt. I have had this happen to me a few times and deleting the config file fixed the issue and let GX load properly.
