I wasn't too bothered a while back but now I can't watch Charlie Brooker! So does anybody have the right frequency to get C4 working again on Starview 3? Cheers
if you have tried a scan,try a factory reset.menu,factory reset,enter pin,you will then be back on installation,do a scan,when scan is complete you will need to turn on your emu(menu,on installation type in 1570,then go to the bottom of the screen and switch emu on by using the left or right arrow,then exit back to tv channels)this should return your missing channels.note after doing a factory reset all settings change so you will need to reset your clock to summer time and any parental settings,and also your pin will revert back to 0000.
hi sammy we will need more info like where you live and what provider,you know bb3 and bbc4 dont broadcast untill 7pm might be worth doing a scan again after that time,did ch4 come back?.
if you had bbc3 and bbc4 before you did a factory reset,then that means the box was programmed with the frequency for those channels and so they should have come back automatically(unless that particular frequency was added manualy,and if so then they would not return as the frequency would need to be added again manualy)virgin have introduced new frequencies and have been moving channels around,i have tried around for the frequency for you but i had no luck(if you know anybody near you or a mate that has a box like yours ask them for the frequency,it will appear on screen under the channel list)good luck.
