I have a lu64 wii that i modded with the twilight hack and is working OK, i have the hbc in it and is working, im running 3.4 firmware. my question is,i install the backup launcher with gamma o.3 and the games don't work,is it safe to install the cIOS installer that came with the backup launcher to the lu64 wii. thanks

No it is not safe.

Download this LU64fix download from HERE. Follow the read me instructions included in the download on how to install it.
