STARVIEW 1 (major problem)

i have a starview 1 which was working fine then i blew up the power board (the heat sink came off the chipp and shorted it out)
so i purchased a new power board and voila power on.
i tried to get the channels and nothing: i have checked the feed (ok)
so i tried my sons the box (fine) so i downloaded the latest starview 1 firmware and connected it up: nowit finds some numbered channels i have never seen before but when i switch to them they have no signal and it wont find anything else: it took the download of the new software ok so im wondering du reckon the box is fried iv tried everything i can to get it working but nothing any one got any suggestions to help
