So I followed the softmod install guide very nicely laid out by Larry (thank you btw). Used all the current links that were in there. Sitting at 4.0 currently, have not upgraded to 4.1
Also I have installed Bootmii and backed up with success.
I am using the NeoGamma launcher to boot all backed-up games.
The problem i'm encountering with these two games specifically is that they load fine, and will actually run fine for 10-15 minutes. I can play 3-4 holes in Tiger Woods 10, and halfway through first mission on Ghostbusters when they stop working and I get a black screen showing can't read the disc, please refer to manual.
I am not having this trouble with any other games so far, backed up or original. There are a lot of settings that I'm still unfamiliar with, am I doing something wrong?
Note: I am a good buddy with someone who works at a video store, told me this. Use Pledge (Clean & Dust) it has an Anti-Dust formula and it will resist finger prints. Just use this spray in place of water and still wipe it from edge to edge.
I always make sure the disc is clean as possible before the burn.
