i need help with homebrew & backup louncher for wii 4.1

Hi ihave a virgin wii v4.1 and if possible i want to put homebrew and the backup channel ive downloaded bananabomb and gamma 3.0 but im not shure how to use them. are their any more files i need to get and what do i do with them.
