hi all. followed hitecs tut to the word but i keep getting the dreaded message downloading not required. tried the usual waiting differents lenghts of time to switch back on while attempting to download. any ideas? cheers

just seen this stephen
Press open then the box will load like below with the Bin file selected.




Now turn off your Kryptview, press Start then turn the Kryptview back on. You should now see the firmware starting to load,




Once done you will see this message,

i hace tried several attempts with the turn off start the download an turn on with no avail. also tried the red red standby trick abd still no joy!! flashes loads of sv s so i dunno wats up

There is a little trick to get this working. It is all down to timing. When you turn the box on you have to press that start button at the same time.

hi all,
had firmware put to my kryptview.
hooked it up to my tv. easy installation pops up.

tried searching/scanning. 1 to 7 Transonders exist,
then when i search for channels it keeps saying FAILED.
if this makes any sense, please explain

did you select your service firstly? In Dub its DUBLEGACY, you need to select the area first, then you need to load the TP's, this is all covered in the set up guide done by Hiteck, thats why its done

no i didnt select an area, im so used of the eurovox.
thank you for your help. il get at now, dont mind me asking but at what stage do i get to pick an area.

tried lots of different delays with turning back on . its a head wrecker

so any tech heads have a soloution to this as i have exhausted all my options. on the verge of sending it back
