Bootable drive for DOSflash

Ive started a new thread from Linkie as its essentially a new topic
Im trying to flash a lite on, jungle flashers not avin any of it so I need to use DOSflash however I couldn't manage to get my USB pen bootable.
Can anyone tell me if I could make the spare 20GB drive on my PC bootable with DOS, copy dosflash over to it and set BIOS to boot from that drive and flash it that way? What program should I use to make this drive bootable with DOS?
Could I make a bootable CD that will boot to MSDOS and let me flash that way?
Any help greatly appriciated.

Have you tried using DosFlash32 already? It has a windows gui, so no need for a bootable device.
When I used Dosflash16 I used it via a floppy disk, kind of useful to have an old floppy drive installed in my PC.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

Tried DOSflash32, it doesnt see the drive :(
My only other option is to spoof a Hitachi 59 work. Can anyone tell me how I would do this. Leerage mentioned, "You must tick the box that says Flash Key Sector and then load the key.bin. Then you have to do the same for the inquiry and identify. " but i cant find these options.
Any help is really appreciated as Ive been stuck on this for 2 days now

This is covered in the Jungle Flasher tutorial pages 67 through 75.
I would try a different USB drive. I didn't have an issue making my 1GB PNY USB drive bootable.

Im such a n00b, Managed to flash the Lite on. I wasnt putting the drive in vendor mode (powering on & off within a second)
