hi i have recently tryed updateing the wii with 4.0 softmod done exactly as it said what to do and now the wii is stuck on the hbc and i cant get back to the main home page to play any games plz can someone help me.

So what happens when you hit the home button on the wiimote? It should give you an exit option... if not then just do a hard reset on the wii and restart it.
