No and I wouldn't hold your breath on one getting released either. I've fired mine up into the attic. Only Eurovox's with N2 fixes are the ex100sl, ex5000 and ex5001. Time to invest in a new box (kryptview,itgate, etc) if you're willing to take the gamble.

Thanks for the reply Galkeifer, already have the kryptview but the remote is crap, i would've been nice to have the eurovox back though. I'll chat to ya later bud

Jamie77 have you got the lates f/w for the kv there is a file that helps with the remote its on the site

hi Hadmad thanks for getting in touch bud yes i do have the latest firmware in the kryptview, if there is anyway i can improve the use of the remote control i would appreciate it, it won't be long till the blisters start forming over the RC haha

the new file is ment to improve the remote its only a couple of weeks old i dont have one but heard the new file does help the remote mate make sure you have that file on your box

Listen guys the Kryptview has a crap remote a few of my friends have the kryptview and they have changed over to the Digivox XL USB. I got a pain in my a$$ waiting for my kryptyview order - retailer suggested digivox and they were right - I swithced - just as well - and by the way digivox XL USB costs less!!. There is new fix for them as of june 09 just down load it from the usual place transfer onto a usb key stick it in the digivox reboot box select menu select usb select file and flash box! that's it
As for Setting & selecting the channels there is a readme file for instructions in the digivox downlaod folder location.
It is easy guys honestly.

I have a digivox xl usb also and yes it is very easy to install and yes it does have a great remote control interface but the fact remains some people have there kryptviews already and yes the digivox is cheaper by about 5 to 10 pounds, but some people just don't have the money for a new one, so is it any harm to ask if there could be a simple fix and hence save money(recession) but thanks for your input bud

Kryptview may have crap remote and Digivox is a better box, better software, etc
BUT Why has digivox abandoned fixes for its standard XL box? which if its not still in production it isn't far off
Why did they take 3months to come up with a fix?
Fact is if something changes with keys/encryption or when N2 is turned off, if anyone is likely to come up with a fix it will more than likely be kryptview
PLEASE DONT PM ME FOR KEYS!

Hi Guys,
Are all us Max V owners just being left out in the cold . It would appear so and doesn't encourage me to buy evox again unless a miracle happens which from what I read from the people in the know scouser , etc . It would appear you'd have more chance of turning water into wine or getting Rafa to purchase a backup for Nando T.

just reading through this thread and digivox is ment to be better than the kryptview,lol
talk about fixes when are they going to fix the record on the digivox for us
as i have the kryptview, box super usb, and am getting rid of my digivox usb
i would'nt recommend on buying 1 spend an extra few quid and get a better box with better support, (kryptview)

reasonable price , no issues, easy accessed, no remote problem, easily fixed (when available) good support and does a lot more than you think.( although, be carefull were you buy from)
i think a bit less than ?100 will have one delivered to Ireland
But as is the case with them all, how long will it last.

Here's hoping Jamie !Mind U I worry when 17m is paid on a defender and no backup is found for Nando ! Would like to see a D.Villa arrive almost as much as a fix for Max v !Selling Alonso is not on.
