I have searched with no solution. I have the newest backup channel and cios rev 13A installed. Is there something I am missing? All other games work fine.

I didn't get the error either (got green screen) but enabling error #002 fixed the issue.

Got it to work perfectly on 4.0 by simply install Cios rev 13A and the backup channel we have. Upgraded to 4.1 and reinstalled ios 60, ios downgrader, and cios rev 13A and it boots but freezes. Sometimes it will boot. I am using verb media. Weird why it worked perfect on 4.0

Let me guess..It freezes upon the Safty screen?

A simple fix. Just as you start the game, as soon as you see the white of the safety screen (faster you do this the better) , eject the Ghostbusters game. It will ask for you to reinsert the ghostbusters game.

Do so and Volia, you just bypassed that stupid freeze part.

1) Backup Launcher is old. Neogamma is new http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=158884
1A) to get the Neogamma Channel http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=165485
2) Superdump (Requires homebrew) dump your game in 30 minutes. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/780900
3) Make your Wii skip updates! Use preloader 0.29 and enable skip updates. http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Preloader
4) Scared of Bricking your Wii? Make an NAND backup! Install BootMii http://bootmii.org/install/

Correct but that is not a good fix to tell a customer. Anything else?
