what if I didn't write down my dvd key because I didn't know I had to is three anyway I can find it out or do I need to buy a whole new xbox drive now?

You really should read the tutorials and know what you are doing before you try to flash and xbox 360 (assuming that's what you were trying to do). Anyway, we need more information: what drive does your xbox have? Did you erase the firmware?
It could be worse than having to buy a new xbox drive, you may have to buy a new console.

Damn.... ok I have the philliphs Benq drive and I don't know if I flashed my whole drive or erased the firmware I was messing around with jungleflasher and idk I hit erase a few times and I also did the write thing a few times

I think I don't remember I am new to this I don't even know whats going on at this point I just want to restore it back to the way it was and try the flash again

If you did not save your original firmware, and you erased the firmware. There is no fixing your problem. Without the DVDkey, your XBOX 360 is a expensive DVD player.

So exactly what guide were you reading when attempting to flash your drive?

I honestly don't know man I have 4 xboxs read so many guides in the past 48 hpurs my brain is spinning I can't get none of my drives to flash I think I messed up the BenQ so I went to the Hitachi and I can't even figure that out I just need to talk to someone on AIM or msn messenger or something man this forum stuff takes forever
