I need help replcing dvd rom for my 360

hello there. this will be my first post here in this forum, sorry if it is about a question of a problem i am having. I need helps in making a replacing from a hitachi dvd rom drive to a ben q dvd rom drive. the dvd rom drive i believe is modified with custom firmware called i extreme. on my xbox now i have the hitachi drive and i would like to put the and use the ben q there. here is some information i have for you and maybe you can help me out.

hitachi drive says this on the sticker gdr3120l and the romver is 0079fl
ben q drive says this on the sticker vad6038 fw ver 64930c

i have a this pci card peripheral board i buy on ebay with a via chipboard 6421a that coming with 2 sata cabling the they say i will need to help me making the switch

sorry if my english writing is a bit bad, please anyone can give me helps, i will be very thankful to you

also the firmware on the ben q is not the latest i extreme firmware because it was taken out of a xbox 360 before the new one 1.51 and 1.6 was comes out

In Jungle Flasher:

Load original Hitachi firmware into source.
Load iXtreme 1.6 for BenQ into target.
Click spoof source to target.
Go to MTKFlash and get BenQ into vendor mode.
Write firmware.

If the BenQ came from another XBOX 360, I would dump the firmware to get the DVDkey incase you ever want to use that console again.

ok iam a really new to this so i will be needing your help in getting this original firmware for the hitachi. how or where am i finding this original firmware, and i looked at the webpages of ixtreme.net for the ben q 1.6 firmware so i am thinking it is the correct one. i just need help getting the original firmware for the hitahci. also the xbox 360 the ben q drive coming from is not longer working so i dont think i am need of the key. thank you for your fast answer.

ok i read the tutorial for the hitachi orignal firmware. i think i need a connect kit so i order a connect kit on ebay, so i will wait until i get this so i can read the firmware for the hitachi and spoof the ben q. thanks, ill keep you informed
