Did you see your Hitachi drive in the drop down list in the upper right hand corner?

try using Port IO instead of Win API

Yeah I do have port I/O I had to do the whole control panel add new hardware manual install also my sata is already on my motherboard so I don't need that pci card thing do I my mother board is a ASus m2ne deluxe or whatever

Yeah I have port I/O so how do I switch to that I don't want that win32 API I installed the port I/O

ok I see where it's win API and Port I/O and it wont let me select port I/O but everything else is fine

also I tried going the FWtoolbox way but when I click Direct Drive Dumb my drive isn't there and it's connected via sata
