Hello!

I recently installed Ubuntu 7.04 on my PS3.
And I cannot go back to XMB!!
I tried running everything I could from the terminal, boot-game-os, ps3-boot-game-os!
and nothing.

First it asked me to download packages, but my internet didn't work on ubuntu with the play station 3! Don't know why.
And then, I can now run Ubuntu in a GUI!! It shoots me an error, and now I am only running from terminal.

What can I do?

Impossible writing from the kboot, I'm stuck there! then I get the error from my X-SERVER.
Help please!!!

you need to run it as root.

Not working. I even tried downloading yellow dog linux, and I cannot install it from Ubuntu... The boot is not working, it's just trying to boot from the kboot.conf

im not totally understanding you. you said you can run ubuntu in a gui. are you saying that you are currently in ubuntu and cant go back to your playstation OS?

I am sorry, that was a typo... I cannot run Ubuntu in a GUI... And I am stuck in the kboot... I mean, the keyboard doesn't works neither!
