perhaps a sily question, but does anyone have light scratches on their burned dvd's and do you play with those games. the sort of scratches that dont leave a groove by can be seen under a normal light.

I haven't seen an issue on mine. What type of DVD drive do you have in your 360?

i have a liteon drive. but this scratch was before i put in it my xbox. now im not sure if i should use the disc.

u know how sometimes you keep a disc out of its casing or even when u put it into the casing u get these little scratch marks. its one of those. but i dunno if its safe to use anymore

If the scratch causing a Dirty Disc Error, or just simply won't play, you will need to burn another disc.

but it doesnt effect anything on the disc

If the scratch is bad enough, it will affect game play. If it isn't bad enough to affect game play, well then you won't notice anything.
