How To upgrade to cIOS38_rev14 Installer

I recently went through teh new improved USB Softmod guide

How would I upgrade to CIOS 14? Do I just install it or do I have to redo everything below it?

Those that want to update to rev14 can download the SoftmodPack again and get the cIOS38_rev14 installer from the apps folder and transfer it to the apps folder on your SD Card. Then run HBC and select the cIOS38_rev14 installer from the HBC menu list.
