I can see a few people have had issues following the firmware upgrade so could someone please disseminate the relevant steps from the full guide that they followed sucessfully.

If you already have the softmod done then just update to 4.1 and install the ios60patched.wad file and you're good to go.

If you're not modded yet, then update to 4.1 and follow that guide start to finish.
