thanks in advance

The only way you messed up your drive is if it has no power and you fried the board. If not, then just use jungle flasher and start over.

I tried flashing it before at that time...but it didnt work cuz i have an intel ICH9 chipset and at that time, intel chipsets werent supported for BenQ drives unless u solder a switch to the board...i tried soldering a switch and thats when everythin went bad, i didnt know how to solder it and the board got messed up

well if it's toast and you don't have the keys, you will need to buy another xbox. There is no way of getting the keys off if it's dead.

and how do you expect someone to do that? Not possible that I am aware of and if it is, it will cost more than it's worth.

If you add a replacement drive, they will spoof and flash the key to another drive or board I presume. If you select just the 30$ service, I'm sure they will email you the key, and you'll have to buy a new drive.
Are you sure the drive is done for? Does it eject or anything?

Their drive price is a rip off. Plus they don't have an option for BenQ as a replacement. I'd buy a BenQ off of ebay and then once you get your key, flash the BenQ with iXtreme if you want.

That was wut i was thinkin...nowadays, flashing the BenQ can be done by connecting the drive to the pc sata port on the motherboard(no matter wut kind of chipset it is) and then running dosflash on windows? or is there a different method?..cuz last time i checked it was that way but im not sure if ICH9 intel SATA chipset was supported at that time

Jungle Flasher works great. If your ICH9 doesn't work, you'll need the VIA 6421 SATA card. Or, once you get your key, let me know. I've got a couple of BenQ drives for sale. I can flash the key to it and mail you the drive.
--EDIT-- I just wanted to point this out after reading from VGC.

Yeah, they are brand new. But I edited my other post, you might want to take a look. If there was no firmware on the drive from your failed attempt at flashing the drive, there might be no hope. If the drive wasn't ejecting before you tried soldering to it, it might be done for.
