hi the picture from my box has gone out of focus,when i press the epg button the tv schelude is not very clear any ideas??

are all your cables in nice and tight also are you using a splitter for other tv's in your house and check with a different scart lead?

go to the menu>>> system settings>>>> other settings, and make sure the Tv Type is set to PAL, and not secam or ntsc ok.

All you need is below including a video for you to watch

just make sure the box is switched off at the back first before you press the start button then switch it back on
