I have a 60GB Western Digital pocket HDD that is self powered from the USB. I did format the drive in "Disk Utilities" in the Mac to FAT32 and no partition. Loaded a MP4 video to try in Mplayer. I connected the HDD to the Wii and tried to load a video from USB source. The HDD is seen in Mplayer but, crashes when it tries to load. Then I noticed in the USB Loader that you can format the HDD. So I formatted the drive, brought it back to my mac to load a MP4 and now it is not recognized by Mac. I then reformatted the drive in the mac again to FAT32 and added a Fat32 - 1 Partition. Loaded up to the Wii and nothing still working.

USB Loader does not see the drive in a regular Fat32-Partiioned or Non-partion and Mplayer sees it but, does not function.

Any clue from a mac user?
(ps I do not have a pc to access other files, thanks]

create two partitions: one for usb loader, the other for fat32. then get WBFS manager for mac, and format the first partitions to WBFS.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

Reformatted the drive in FAT32, connected to Wii, ran the USB program and it does not recognize the drive now. It did before so, i'll try a few different things.
