Hi all, has any one else had this problem on thebox 4 usb, all channels are working fine but after a few days 3-4 some channels eg; bbc 3 or living go and i have to do a manual scan on just that channel to get it back again. any ways of resolving this?

did you flash it proper with newest update and when you put the keycode on, did you press set default code, just above keycode,
at the end of my answer you will see a guide to flashing the box usb check it and see if you done something different or left anything out.

lets know how you get on cos if that dont work it may have something to do with your cable or connectors at each end?

Hi hooter,
Im using a max v 08 & box Souper , but just lately i got a half dozen or so usb's for some mates, i noticed on all of then the Liverpool & 3 adult channells were listed but not on. i was thinking of editing the channel data (create a new bin file), But i dont think the box likes to talk - if only these were as easy to use as the euro's .
I've read through alot of posts and i have tried to find a dump file for Korus Kork (there is a dub one), Any ideas would be very much appreciated.. ta

well up here in dublin mate we lost sport movies and the adult education,
on the box super if its the usb type make sure you have the latest firmware v1.12 and do a factory reset each time when you put new firmware on also a manual scan would be prob the best way to get your missing channels
also look in eamos library for latest updates or firmware if its the box super only, it will be under 1 of the lads posts a page or 2 back

Thanks for your help, But both older ones are working, Wonder if i should scan when the channels are brodcasting -
I noticed there are slight diffs in the details -if i have any luck i will let you know
