i downloaded a NTSC xbox360 game, containing a .iso, .dvd, ss.bin file. the problem i dont know how to burn the game using my mac

xbox360 couldnt read the DVD+R when i hacked and burned just the .iso file so that link didnt really help at all.

you might want to be a little more specific on which link you used as there are two of them. and if you just selected the .iso then it wont work (unless you manually set the layerbreak).

settings tab with image burn. but you could just use vm ware, and put image burn on it. or join the rest of the world and my a pc, they have no problems burning games, lol.

Another possibility is that if you have 1.51+ firmware and the stealth check on your game failed because you didn't run it through ABGX, your Xbox will not play it.
Like wabashman says, VM Ware might be a good idea. Or Boot Camp, etc.
Besides burning the image, you need to verify stealth on all of the ISO file you get from the internet. You do this by running the ISO through ABGX360.
Yet another possibility is that your Mac is a laptop, and laptop DVD burners suck. When this happens with ImgBurn in Windows, it gives a "Write Error" or "Bad Address" error or some such, but I am not sure if your software would do the same thing. Probably 50% of the burns that come from my laptop don't go. I've stopped trying now, as my desktop PC burns them correctly 99% of the time.

Use VMWare. I run it on a macbook pro. I have answered this question tons of times. You need to learn to look for this info or you won't get help.
