Can anyone help me out, i have just bought a eurovox, it was advertised as the the software came aready preloaded, i'm a real beginner, its connected through my n*l cable, the signal seems strong enough while scanning through the frequencies but after this has finished i still have no channels or signal. I was told i may need codes or something. Im in belfast if any1 could help it would be great

I presume you mean TV screen-no chls.,BOX screen-0000.
Do a POWER-SCAN, 200MHz to 600MHz, SYM rate 6887
If this don't work change SYM rate to 6952 and Power-scan again
If you find chls. but can't view them, turn on emulation i.e.
MENU--OK--1968--enable emulator (right arrow),Hit RED to save.
If still in trouble go to SYSTEM INFO, take note of details.
Come back here with details & eurovox model type.
A lot of the channels are scrambled still, is there any way to unlock these to view them?
The modle number is DBV-XC boxs tda i have just the normal free view channels now, i wasnt able to find how to find the emulator on any of the menu screens. So could not enter the code to turn it on

Where have you bought your box from?as most sites only ship boxes with free to air firmware on them.
The site advertised that it came with all the nessesary software preloaded, i asumed that ment i didnt need to do anything, i have been told about flashing it. Im not sure what this means or how to go about doing it.

What site was it?all the info you need is in the eurovox link under my pic.
Sister got one of these as well and I cannnot unlock the channels, only getting the free ones as well. is it possible to input the information manually?

No as i said it needs to be flashed,again look in the eurovox link.
