Wii stuck after black health warning screen

Any help would be appreciated. I tried to put this in an old thread about it but it was too old and wouldnt allow me. I recently installed a WAD and now when I try to boot my wii it just goes to the health screen warning and i click A and the screen goes completely black and I cant do anything. I dont know how to fix this. is there a dvd i can burn that it will boot to so i can uninstall it or some other workaround? I need any help possible. it is on 4.1U and has the homebrew channel on it

See if you can go into Maintenance mode.

Do this by turning on the Wii System. At the screen that says press A hold down the - and + button on the Wiimote (keep them down) and hit A.

Let me know if it boots the Wii system menu this way.

nope it does the same thing just goes to a black screen. also when i hit the plus and minus signs sometimes it just goes to forward to the black screen before i even hit A

You more then likely have a banner brick.

You will need to buy a Modchip and install it. Then use savemii or savemiifree to boot a AnyTitleDeleter Auto-Boot disc and uninstall the corrupt title.

This is a prime example of how important Bootmii installed as Boot2 or Preloader is.

is there any way to do it without a mod chip. i dont really want to open up the wii. there is no bootable dvd that will help or anything

Not for 4.1U firmware.

You need a Modchip.

There is a poissibilty that they will fix it but if they find out you where messing with the system files they could charge you $ in the end.

Do a Google search. But they will not help now. You need them installed before the brick to help.

I has the same problem, i install neogamma rc5.wad from bootmii and now i get black screen after press A in the wiimote.

how do i install bootmii or preloader. when i go to do bootmii it says the installed boot1 version prevents a boot2 install so how do i get either of htem on?
