Please Help with a Semi Bricked wii with modchip

My Wii is partialy bricked. This happened after I updated before playing Monster Hnter G (Jap).
I have the hombrew channel installed but I cannot downgrade/upgrade my firmware without a wifi connection. I hve a new wifi, so my old settings will not work with the cIOS downgrader.
I have tried to use the Any Region changer method, but that also requires a network connection (is there another version that does not require a network connetion?).
My wii was at 3.4 before the semi brick.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Go HERE and follow the steps for the Offline Downgrade/Upgrade guide.

All you should have to do is step 1.

Then transfer the files to your SD Card and follow steps 11 and 12.

I would run Bootmii first and try to install it to Boot2 before doing the above steps.

can anyone help have a chipped wii(usa) semi bricked it with I think may have been Mario Kart (newbie and just learned all about bricking etc whilst trying to find solution) havent a clue what version it was on tried the bushing iso (think that was it called ) excuse the ignorance seemed to burn it okay , but getting error when I try to load in on wii any suggestions getting really desperate going to burn it again and give it another go now , so any help would be really appreciated or any other suggestions on an alternative way to fix , thanks a lot
