The pirate bay is still operational. kicking a dead horse not really, you see dead horses don't kick back.

The Pirate Bay is wounded but it is still alive. I think it's stupid that every organization is suing them though.

Considering that, unless the verdict gets overturned somehow, the first trial's verdict basically wiped out there cash resources (if GGF's buy goes though) and sent them off to jail for a year.

The organizations won't get a dime from TPB. I guess the best they can hope for is further jail time for the admins...

Why even bother? There are bigger organisations they can go after. This is just further evidence that these big coperations are just greedy, they seen someone else win money in a trail against tpb and now they want some to

The industry will keep it up for as long as is necessary in the hopes of striking gold,in the meantime it's continual harassment for the TPB owners,it must ware you down

What damage do they speak of? All evidence points to filesharing increases sales. I think these weeds owe TPB some money.
