I have the homebrew channel installed with cIOS-rev 7, what do I need to do to update my system to 4.1U, do I need to uninstall the rev7? I have wifi connection if that makes a difference. can anyone help me?

Just connect to the nintendo servers via your wifi and update to 4.1u
