USB Loader GX Unlock?

I have rev 700 for USB Loader Gx and I can't seem to find the unlock option for it. It used to be there before, but when I updated to rev 700 using the updater withing the loader, the option disappeared.

Please point me in the direction of the unlock option because I need it to install games to my HD.
