Can anyone please help. We have just bought this box and cannot get any digital channels at all. Someone says you have to put a code in but we dont know how to do this. please help

If you're in Ireland you need to flash the latest firmware. Follow the instructions and you can't go too far wrong.

Good stuff! It should be just a case of going to MENU > Installation > Autoscan > Choose Provider and away you go. Best of luck.

Hi All

I am getting one of these new boxes next week but i have a question about my ntl line

My old starview box went so i uplugged it and connect my ntl box back up. Since then ntl have sent me out a new card for my digital box

Will this affect me being able to get channels on the new starview box

Apologies in advance if i am being a mong
