Back in 2006, EliteTorrents admin Scott McCausland received five months in jail for his part in the pre-release upload of Star Wars Episode III. After his sentence however, he was put on a government monitoring list, and forced to wear an ankle bracelet and have his computer monitored at all times. Nobody can say that the Federal Government doesn't listen to its people - they have probably bugged every home from New York to San Francisco.
