I used to believe that i could only be banned by using backups when loged on live. But recently i came to know that is my x360 that generates a log. So it doesnt matter if i play the backups online of offline. Eithr way i can be banned.
I burned a copy of Dead Space. I made the abg360 stealth check and it was fine. But the burning was not so good. The loadings were slow.
deleting the saves from the HD wont solve your problem. it is believed that the info you are talking about is stored somewhere on the 360's mobo itself.

ALSO, DO NOT SEND ME MESSAGES ON LIVE REGARDING MODDING CONSOLES, OR HOW I PLAYED A CERTAIN GAME EARLY. I WILL NOT RESPOND. I WILL INSTEAD DELETE YOUR MESSAGE, AND BLOCK ALL COMMUNICATION FROM YOU. JUST SEND ME A PM ON HERE.
If you want to put your mind at ease, you can run those discs back through ABGX once they've been burned.
If they were just reading slow or whatever, my first guess wouldn't be that they were bad burns, but that your Xbox's laser is going out or needs to be calibrated.
Yes, the new firmware is supposedly much safer. Games that aren't safe won't even run on it.
It's possible, but I doubt the virus check messed anything up. Just scan them through ABGX. It's likely just a coincidence. Some games, especially burns, are just harder for the 360 to read.
If you want your 360 to have an easier time reading the games, always use very high quality DVDs only. Verbatim is the recommended brand. I've had very little trouble with Sony, as well.
Also, you may want to try installing the games to the hard drive if you have the space for it.
