got mine back today it took 11 days total, my warranty sticker was cut down the middle, and there was marks on back where i pryed it open when i sent it in, its a different console the date is over a year newer than my other one

i just tried a back up of unreal tournament it worked. i cant believe it

I got one back from MS also with my sticker cut up (cleanly though). Although it was not pre-flashed. Lucky guy!
