My girlfriend got the kryptview box 2 months ago i set it up for her in Dublin,she came down to me in Athlone i got the box working on chours for 20 mins then the box looked for new upgrade,i found the new firmware since then no channels only cable test channel,any ideas how to get channels back,thanks

if you move box from location from where it was scanned,you will need to factory reset and auto scan your provider/

i reset box and scanned chours still the same is there anything im doing wrong
