I have 2 Xbox360... 1 for XBL and 1 for....ya know

so I make my back-ups as non-stealth since my firmware is 1.4.1

Can I still play wave3 games on 1.4.1??

I dont play XBL at all so stealth ain't my option..

You will need to patch wave 3 games to play on ixtreme 1.41. It's easier just to update you firmware rather than patching every game.

I've tried to upgrade it to 1.6 using iPrep 0800 but the PC freezes..

tried 3 times and samething so I just gave up.

I didnt want to mess up the already flashed drive..unless it can't really play wave3s...

i have BenQ

Im not farmiliar with JF... seems more complex then iPrep...

Mnay says JF is better than iPrep but...


so the JF can get you play wave3 on 1.41?

Jungle flasher is a program to flash you dvd drive, to patch you games to play wave 3 games on 1.41 requires a different program (I don't know which one). Benq is the easiest drive to flash, I would suggest you reflash your xbox with 1.6.

I have ALOT of games thats non-stealthed...

If I upgrade my drive to 1.6 then I can't play all of them (40+)

and ofcourse, re-rip isnt option cuz these DL DVDs are quiet expensive.. and 40 mins per game?? no way....

oh wait...... activate.iso can make 1.6 drive to run the non-stealthed games right?????

Wave 3s *could* actually work on iXtreme 1.41 due to it being unstealth. Only possibility is to try. I actually think you are the first one to ask that. Another choice would be to flash your drive with an old Xtreme firmware. Those definitely run Wave 3. But try a Wave 3 backup on iXtreme 1.41 first, nothing to lose.
