hi everyone,
i could find a soulution i live in the united arab emirates (dubai) and my xbox is pal and i cant play live i've already bought a bunch of cd to play live and a membership but i cant use them.
dont tell me to call microsoft cause i did they told me wait for it were still so play only offline

wtf

Ya, I had the same problem, I´m brazilian.

So, what you do, is you pick US as you're country. Than it will ask you for an address. The address will need to match the postal number thing, so you can´t just write anything. So you go in the net and find the address of a nice hotel(or pretty much anything else) in the us, and use it.

Be advice that if you already have a hotmail or google account, you can´t use it as you´re e-mail, it will know its not from USA, so you have to use another lesser known e-mail provider. I used bol (Brazil on line), so, you get the idea.

Yeah, I tried calling microsoft here in my country and even phoned them in USA... it appears they want to be fooled...

btw, somehow it still knows you´re not there since some downloadable content will not be avaiable to you, it will be "region locked"... so it seems they don´t want to make money too...
