I don't think Preloader would interfere with the Wasabi DX.
Sounds like whoever you bought the system from region changed the system from Korean to USA since the system firmware says 3.2U firmware.
When installing the Modchip make sure you are using USA settings and not Korean settings. This could be your issue if the system firmware has been changed.
As well Preloader does not boot backups. It lets you recover from some bricks and lets you use hacks. But if you want to remove it then you need to do a system update. This will overwrite Preloader with the new system files.
Is there any other channel in the system menu like Wiigator or NeoGamma

Hmm i have alot of experince installing hard mods but am a noob when it comes to the softmods, it's weird it came with a backup of Wii sports and that works but no other backups? hmm, yup i tried the jumpers in USA and Korean to make sure, no channels of that nature, just the usual and DR.Mario.
I'm confused, hmm should i do a system update?, would think it would work if i got it back to it's original korean setting?
