Time are the worse company going. I don't know how they have not been shut down. I purchased a pc from them 9 months ago which was faulty when i got around to using it. I went to the shop on numerous occasions and they just fobbed me off every time. Once, they even conned me into buying that retart disc, saying it was the only option i had to fix my system, it didn't. I eventually got a refund 2 months later after they sent me a check which wasn't made out to me. I have phoned them on their premium rate number (£1 a minute) and was told that the law does not exsist, I have no rights and that there was nothing I could do. My aunt phoned on my behalf and was called a liar, was told that the consumer rights webite was full of lies and that she could not speak to anyone of authority to resolve tha matter. I eventually got fed up and went to citizen advice who sent a letter on my behalf. I got a reply saying that because I have had the system more than 6 months they will not have anything to do with it, depite me having evidence that I have contacted them within weeks of purchase and over many months. I have a faulty graphics card in my machine. I know this as i know to computer technicians and the person on the premium rate number said it was faulty. Basically the way time operate is to deliberately sell you a faulty system, refuse to co-oporate and then charge you £69 for a disc, then tell you you will have to take out extended cover (£230 odd) to have the system collected and repaired. This is my very long life story, but it has a morale-NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM TIME COMPUTERS-EVER.
Thanks for taking the time to read if you got this far.
