Game disk cannot be read/region coding and other question/issues

Ok, first of all, i've read the game disk guide and i modded my Wii following a youtube video (basically same steps as the guild you have with some minor changes)

I am on the firmware 3.4U.

I have done the following after installing the Homebrew channel via twilight princess:
Installed the following wads (aside from wiiware games):
IOS16-64-v257
IOS36-64-v1042
Cios_fix
Wad manager V3
Wii gator

I've got the following games:
House of the dead: overkill
Madworld
No more Heros

I've used a program called Wiizle Diizle Shiizle to patch house of the dead and no more heros from PAL to NTSC. (it changes the region coding and can remove the wii updates built into the disk itself)

Should i still use this program or should i change to using Wii Brick Block?

I've burned the isos with imgburn at 2x speed. (my Wii uses DVD-R discs)

The game disk is being read in wii gator. The game itself starts up. (HoTD only) and the game runs fine. But, during the game itself and sometimes at start-up, it says that the disk cannot be read.

This problem is fixed by ejecting the disk and then putting the disk back into the console

But for no more heros and madworld, i get the Error #002 blue screen.
(i'm using the same type of discs)

What can I do to get rid of the errors???

Make sure your using quality media. Burn with IMGBurn at 4X or half the rated burn speed of the media.

I would also suggest updating to 4.1 firmware. Update WiiGator to Neogamma R6 so you can enable #002 fix. Make sure you have updated to the latest cIOS which is cIOS38_rev14. All of this stuff can be done using the NEW AND IMPROVED WII SOFTMOD GUIDE stickied at the top of the Wii section.

The neogamma R6 fixed the reading problems.

going to update the wii after i get back to college next week.
