when i launch bootmii from the homebrew channel i lose all connection to my wiimote?? any ideas??

you CANNOT use the wiimote when in bootmii. it's been stated on the website.

either get a gamecube controller, or use the power/reset buttons to navigate.

The Wiimote will not work in Bootmii. Use a Game Cube controller.

That is your only option since the Power/Reset buttons do not work for Bootmii installed as IOS.

A wired GC controller works best. The wireless ones have not been tested. Some say they work some say they do not.
