ok i had a friend come over played some xbox of course i had my membership account info and he made a joke and decided to play a gamertag with a passcode and he was sky high at the time and he dont remember nothing so now i can figure out how the hell to get back into my gamertag he reset everything

ravingtym, I'd say go with suggestion #2. It would be easier, faster, and more convenient than dealing with Microsoft.
