If you actually want to buy one, that's probably gonna be the cheapest! Why are you wanting to buy one? If you send your 360 to M$ without the sticker, they still fix it.

yea, typically when the custodian is cleaning at night and is pissed off that a multi-billion dollar corperation is paying him minimum wadge, he slaps the ole "accepted" sticker on it and smiles. lol

If you X-Clamped it, I seriously doubt you can sneak that past M$.

Maybe you could tape a $10 note to the x-clamp's, that'll get it fixed by ms.

Ive been wondered about this myself.

Could you not undo the xclamp fix, reattach the xclamp and then send it in. Surely they don't take the whole xbox apart examine under the motherboard and then put the old accepted stamp on.

As long as the sticker intact and the small holes at the back dont look like they have been forced open then you should be good no?

you would have to be pretty skilled to get bent x-clamps back on imo. it's do-able if you took your time when you did the inital x-clamp. or just put this pic inside the xbox threating to kick their ass.

Homie you shouldn't be posting old pics of yourself on here. You might run into a stalker.

....i mean i already collected this pic

We keep running off topic here at afterdawn....i was taking a pic with peanut butter and a toothbrush when creaky closed the thread...

So to be on topic i would say don't try to send in your xbox without the sticker. Once your claim is denied the console will never get fixed by microsoft for free. There's plenty of us here that reflow consoles for cheap. So if MS denies the console you can still get it repaired.

6 fake names...
21 consoles...
1 marked as tampered.

I guess I'm lucky. I like to buy consoles at the swap meet or ect for cheap and then call MS and use a fake accent ( thoose damn indians dont wanna deal with some redneck or asian accent)
I sent them ALL in. some with stickers , some without. Some with the x clamps andsome with machine screws. I dont care. I have 4 in transit now and wish me luck.

Once its marked tampered though.....its eternally theirs...no turning back.
