how do i switch off the commentry for blind people ruining my movies

Im having the same issue see also posted here

I dont have any alternative audio streams or it wont let me move off the one that is already sey. I have a starview 3.

Likewise I have a starveiw 3 the box super and am at my witts end with this voice over commentary. It is now on several channels and I, no matter what buttons I press, cannot get it to stop.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

even though audio is switched off the commentry is still there?

I had the same problem on a starview pvr.
I kept pressing around with the buttons on the remote` all the labels on them had faded long time ago. I found a button left of the EPG button on my remote, after pressing this i get a menu that displays at the top audio language. I had to play around a little bit with the two sub menus, but i found by pressing the eng sub menu, did the trick. The display on the EPG small info box would change. There is a white box that indicates sound and it changed from 1 to 2.
