Problems with Prototype freezing/not loading

What's up afterdawners? My son is about 1/2 to 3/4 through, but can't finish Prototype, because it freezes, gives clean disc error, fails to load, and/or skips/jitters. It's a self-rip (Kreon, like all the others). It freezes from both, the disc and the HDD. It does it on all 3 of my consoles (mine, son's and daughter's).
This is the only game out of many many many that does this, even after re-ripping and re-burning. Just curious as to if any of you have similar problems with Prototype?

Sounds like it's time to reburn it, because the Xbox is having a hard time reading it. I hope you save your rips.
Make sure you are using Verbs, of course.

As you have reburned already, it has to be the disks. As qwert99 mentioned, use Vertabim +r DL disks.

I always use Verbs. The burn AND the re-burn are both on Verbs. They are even from different batches of Verbs, AND from different rips (time-wise), yet act the same on all three consoles. Even burned on different burners. The ONLY common factor is the original game (and ImgBurn).

Weird. And ABGX is okay with it?
Could always be that the original itself is bad since you are ripping it yourself. ABGX could confirm the CRC.

Yep. The ISO is all green, and the burned Verb is all green (both times).

i couldn't even get the game to load until i installed it onto the HD and i only use verbs.

I recall that game locking up my 360 a bunch. By far the most of any other game which generally is zero. Installed and using Memorex.
PS, never have had any issues with Memorex myself.
