Well the flash went fine I spoofed it and the Write verified ok ! lol
But it says play DVD when I put a game in. It plays cd's and dvds fine BTW.

If it is playing other media, it isn't a bad flash. More than likely your laser is struggling to read through the dye of the backup. Are you using Verbatim and are you sure you got your key flashed?

I am sure about the flash key and its not playing OG's so the disc thing is out. Should I try a pot cal?

Bricked drives won't even eject, let alone read anything. It's definitely not bricked.

Check the drive key by dumping the firmware again, even if you are 99% sure it is correct.

Well I flashed it again returning it to its og Firmware still no luck with games dvd's and cds play fine so I said screw it and ordered a benq.. lol Ive never spoofed a brand new drive before so I wanna get this right. Would the correct spoof in JF look like this? LINK

I know my site sucks but I made it in 5 minutes lol.

You need to load the original Samsung firmware into the source and then load IX1.6 for BenQ into target. Click spoof source to target. Get the BenQ into vendor mode and write.
