Wii Firmware 4.1 wad help

Sorry to bother everyone with this post but I've been reading over some tutorial's on how to get wad installation to work again after the Wii System has been updated to firmware 4.1(via Wii Sports Resort).

However, I'm a novice so I couldn't find a definitive answer to what I was looking for and if its all ready posted then out of blindness I have completely missed it or rather might've not understood it properly.

Which is why I made this thread asking for help,after my wii was upgraded to 4.1, I haven't been able to install wad files such a Lost Winds and NyxQuest,both WiiWare titles.

I've read several things like downgrading your wii but then upgrading again using various programs, but none the tutorials I have seen give you step by step exactly.

Also I do not have WiFi so I'm not sure how I would even downgrade offline wise. So I guess my question is the following

1. What are the exact steps(from my current situation) do I have to take to be able to install .wad wiiware/homebrew once more?

Also I apologize once more if this was posted and I had completely missed it. I am a complete novice at this stuff(maybe forum reading too if this is all ready posted)

Any info that anyone needs to know, please let me know and ill try helping the best I can
