As long as you have your original firmware and drive key, you are fine. Just reflash it with iX and your drive key.

Try iPrep or DosFlash boot discs.

Connect to the same SATA port you were using before. Click Intro/Device ID, a box should pop up, click OK. Once you see dots go across the bottom of the screen, shut the drive off for 1 second and then turn back on (if you using 360 to power drive, unplug dvd power cable and plug back in). Should get good flash chip properties (0x73).

So DosFlash doesn't detect your drive, but does iPrep?

Create your custom firmware and write it.

Choose your original firmware as "Source firmware" and the correct iX 1.6 for your DVD drive as "target" firmware. Now 'spoof source to target' will get your DVD key on the iX firmware. Now hit write.

It has to do with your DPI settings. Reduce your DPI setting for the screen to "normal".

Your drive key is wrong. You need to dump the drive and check that out. I'm 99% sure of that.
You will need to reflash, this time making sure to put the drive key in the target firmware.
