hi ive a dream box 500 it only worked for 2 days can any1 in basic english tell me how 2 fix it its really only only for the kids and its doing my head in there is a gemini image on it when u turn it on im lic=vin in ireland thanks

1st....when did you get the box ?
2nd....when did it stop working ?
3rd....are you getting a few channels ?
4th.... what city are you in ?
5th.... is it a 500-C or 500-T ?
